About my teaching
Philosophy
I want to make sure that I create an environment of trust in the classroom. I believe in leading by example, when modeling professional and responsible behavior my students will model this behavior as well. I want to make sure that I am fair and firm. I want to maintain integrity in my class and develop that in my students.
DIVERSE learners
I understanding that my students are diverse. This is important because not all students are the same. I understand that kids have different characteristics and ability levels and my lessons need to reflect that difference. I believe that success is measured with more than a grade, to me it means that the student learns and knows that they’ve learned.
